RAPTURE DOCTINE:

John Nelson Darby invented the Rapture doctrine in 1830, which teaches that the wicked are “left behind” when the saved are taken to heaven until Christ returns to rule the earth for 1000 years. Pre-tribulation rapture is one of the most recent "new doctrines" in the history of the Church. The only doctrine that is more recent is the sinner's prayer for salvation invented by Billy Sunday in 1930, which was made popular by Billy Graham in 1935. Prior to 1830, no church taught the Rapture in their creed, catechism or statement of faith. Darby has had a profound impact on religion today, since Darby's "secret rapture" false doctrine has infected most conservative, evangelical churches.

TRUTH: The last days began at the birth of Christ in 2 BC and end at the second coming, not 1947.

10 question test to see if you believe in Replacement theology:

1.      You believe in replacement theology if you believe the Bible when it says Christians are the true Jews today: Romans 2:28-29: "For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh. But he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that which is of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the letter; and his praise is not from men, but from God. ", "for we [Christians] are the true circumcision, who worship in the Spirit of God and glory in Christ Jesus." (Phil 3:3)

2.      You believe that Israel is the church: "For neither is circumcision anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation. And those who will walk by this rule, peace and mercy be upon them, and upon the Israel [church] of God." (Galatians 6:15-16) The peace in this passage is for those who walk according to Christ so CANNOT refer to fleshly/physical Israel that utterly rejects Christ.

3.      You believe Jews must believe in Jesus to be saved and are as lost as Muslims and atheists until they do. (Jn 3:16; Jn 14:6)

4.      You believe the New Testament of Jesus Christ replaced the Old Testament (first covenant) Jer 31:31 + Heb 8:6-13

5.      You believe that keeping both the First and Second covenants at the same time is like a woman married to two men at the same time (Romans 7:1-7)

6.      You believe the body of the Christian is the temple that God dwells in today (1 Cor 3:16; 6:19-20)

7.      You believe the Saturday Sabbath was abolished and Christians worship on the first day of the week (Sunday).

8.      You believe Christians should not keep the 7 calendar Jewish feasts: Passover (Pesach), Unleavened Bread (Chag Hamotzi), First Fruits (Yom habikkurim), Pentecost (Shavu'ot), Trumpets (Yom Teru'ah), Atonement (Yom Kippur), Tabernacles (Sukkot). Christians keep a type of Passover through communion.

9.      You believe that the entire law of Moses has been abrogated and replaced by the law of Christ and that if you want to keep just one part of the law of Moses, YOU MUST KEEP IT ALL!

10.  You believe there is no distinction in the mind of God between Jew or gentile, rich or poor, male or female (Gal 3:28-29)

The 70 weeks of Dan 9:24-27 is a time prophecy: The 70 weeks began in 458 BC and ended exactly 490 years to the solar day at the resurrection. Rapture theology inserts a time stop gap within the 490 years for over 2000 years and will begin the last 7 years just before the rapture. Time prophecies with gaps are failed prophecy.
